This site provides filing assistance and guidance for individuals seeking to change their name, either due to marriage, divorce, or a legal name change. Using proprietary form-filling software, we pre-populate the various state and federal forms that must be submitted in order to effectuate a name change. In addition to this software, we provide detailed step-by-step instructions in an online format that allows you to track your progress as you complete each form and filing procedure. We are not a law firm. We do not file forms on your behalf. We do not represent you in court. We do not issue court orders or effectuate name changes. We do not issue or modify government documents. You are responsible for filing your name change forms and applications in accordance with the instructions we provide.

The fees for each name change package are clearly posted on the payment confirmation page prior to payment submission. Do not complete your purchase unless you agree to the fees displayed. The cost for our services does not include any state or federal application fees. If you contact us to cancel your transaction because you are no longer interested in changing your name, a partial refund will be issued. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon request, so long as your transaction occurred within 6 months of the refund request. You are not authorized to recycle, re-use or redistribute any content or materials purchased from our website. Each transaction is for a single individual's non-commercial use of our site and services. You will set your own username and password at the time of your purchase.
